Who are we?
The site www.prevent-deloza.com is operated by the company Prevent&Deloza d. o. o.
Why we collect data
We collect data to help develop new services and improve existing ones. We also use data to send our users emails about special offers, new services or other information they may be interested in.
What personal data we collect
Comments
When visitors leave a comment on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If a visitor uploads images to the website, they should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Our contact forms are privacy-friendly in a way that they collect minimum data about the submitter.
Cookies
If a visitor leaves a comment on our site they may opt-in to saving their name, email address and website in cookies. Cookies are useful for user convenience so that one does not have to fill in details again when they leave another comment. These cookies last for one year.
When a visitor visits our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if their browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when the browser closes.
When a visitor logs in, we also set up several cookies to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If a visitor selects the “Remember Me” option while on our page, the login persists for two weeks. When a visitor logs out of their account, the login cookies are removed.
If a visitor edits or publishes an article, an additional cookie is saved in their browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits to our sites to do things like optimize product design.
For how long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We share the information we collect with members of our company to improve content and services and to enhance your experience. We may share your data with service providers under contract who help us operate our business. We will also share requested information with law enforcement or authorized third parties to investigate criminal activity or violations of our user agreement. We never sell personal information to unauthorized third parties. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Data protection
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
