Creating for our customers
Tell us your problem and we will do our best to find a favourable solution.
As an exhibitor or visitor, we participate in the major trade fairs of protective products in Europe, where we regularly follow trends in textiles and hardware. In collaboration with students from different universities in the field of design and textiles, we are looking for fresh and unencumbered ideas regarding the design and trends pursued by the younger generation.
“When we develop a new protective garment, both internal and external tests are carried out. In collaboration with professional laundry facilities, basic laundry tests are carried out, while the comfort of the cut and design is tested at home.
The compatibility of the developed products and the built-in materials is checked in institutes, such as Öti Vienna, Mirta Kontrol Zagreb, the Textile Institute of Maribor, and the Jožef Štefan Institute in Ljubljana.
Using our knowledge and experience, we wish to assist our partners in the search for an effective solution to the problems they are faced with.Since it is in our best interest to accommodate the needs of the user, the user can thus reduce their investment in protective clothing.
Today, safety work wear does not only mean protection against environmental influences. It has to provide the user both comfort and the proper performance of their activities. In particular, clothing is an important factor in recognition of the company.
Multi-purpose clothing is made from high-quality fabrics, offering maximum convenience to the user. Clothing is characterized by extremely comfortable patterns, many multipurpose pockets, decorative stitching and reinforcement in selected parts of the body (knees, elbows, etc.) The wide range of high-quality clothing collections comprising trousers, blouses, coats, overalls and vests is the focus of multipurpose clothing by Prevent&Deloza.
A firefighter comes properly protected and equipped on an intervention to carry out a given task. The collection of firefighting clothing by Prevent&Deloza encompasses everything from work wear made from a mixture of polyester and cotton to intervention garments made of flame-retardant fabrics of para- and meta-aramide with water- and oil resistant finishes in compliance with the EN469 standard as well as clothing for firefighting operations out of doors consistent with EN 15614.
Working in forests can be extremely dangerous in some operations. A worker in the forest is subjected to a wide variety of factors, among which are: poor visibility, bad weather conditions and work with a chainsaw. This is one of the very dangerous and unhealthy types of work. The legs are the most subjected to cuts, closely followed by hands and other body parts. Our design of clothing and fabrics from which the garments are produced are carefully selected so that a worker in the forest is provided with maximum protection.
The basic palette includes a special green colour for foresters, in combination with highly visible orange. The fabrics are made of a mixture of polyester and cotton; such a structure makes the garment comfortable to wear even in the hot summer months.
The forestry range also includes traditional clothing for less demanding work in the forest and specialized clothing, such as forestry trousers with a safety net for working with a chainsaw. These trousers are made in accordance with EN 381-5 standard, the A model.
Long-lasting antimicrobial protection for the fabrics. It sounds paradoxical – yearly, for example, hundreds of thousands of German patients are infected with the MRSA bacteria where they should be healed: in hospital. MSRA agents are dangerous because they are resistant to most antibiotics available today. Wound infections, pneumonia or blood poisoning could endanger the life of patients with poor health, but they are almost impossible to treat without antibiotics. To this end, Prevent & Deloza offers long-lasting antimicrobial protection for the fabrics, suitable for both fabrics made wholly of cotton as well as fabrics of a mixed composition: ProCare. In addition to hospital MRSA bacteria, there are many other bacteria that cause diseases in humans, which need to be treated with antibiotics. Garments made of a fabric with ProCare protection offered by Prevent & Deloza will consequently decrease the absenteeism of employees.
